Jeff and I developed the Seminar Series in direct response to what was needed and wanted by our most successful clients. They told us that they wanted even more experience in how to apply what they were learning and so we laid out the top areas of concern and designed a seminar for each area.
The purpose of each seminar in the series is to help our clients better apply what they have learned in their Executive Training as well as to cover issues specific to private practice physical therapy. It is an opportunity to not only learn the successful actions I took in my practice to apply this data but also to learn from some of our most successful clients.
Another benefit of the seminars is that they are the first chance our clients get to bring their staff down for training other than the New Patient Course. The staff get a first hand look at Measurable Solutions, other clients and what their boss has been talking about since he started going to Florida all the time. It becomes real to the staff how they fit into the big picture and this literally fires them up. They want more and as a result the Seminar Series has become a bridge so to speak that helps our client’s employees become more effective at their jobs and reaching for more training.
This of course helps our clients achieve greater freedom from their practice so that they are able to BE the owners and secure a brighter future for themselves, their families and their employees.
Each month we hold a different seminar and some are now even being delivered in Salt Lake City, Calgary and Toronto. Next month we will be holding the Referral Source Management Workshop in Clearwater as well as in Salt Lake City.
I regularly get asked by clients "What else can I do in addition to the New Patient Course?" Well one of the answers is this two day workshop. Clients have stated after doing this workshop that they have many ideas of how to get referrals from physicians that they have had trouble getting referrals from in the past; that the drilling is an invaluable tool that gives them confidence with the subject matter and that the workshop gives them the power to handle doctors. All in all this workshop has proven to be very successful for our clients.
